In accordance with European regulations, we have put in place a clear and transparent policy regarding returns and refunds of our food products.

Legal deadline
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.
Conditions of acceptance
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and unconsumed .
- The packaging must be sealed and intact (in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).
- The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt .
👉 For hygiene and food safety reasons, any unsealed, opened or damaged product cannot be returned.

Terms and conditions
- If your return is accepted, we will issue a full refund for the product.
- The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
- Processing a refund typically takes 7 to 14 business days after receipt and validation of the return.
Exceptions
- Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
- No refunds will be given for opened, unsealed or damaged food products.
