Delivery in mainland France on average within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipments from Monday to Saturday .
In case of high demand or exceptional circumstances (strikes, bad weather, etc.), waiting times may be slightly longer.

🏠 Home delivery

Direct delivery to your address, convenient and without having to travel.
Higher carbon impact (individual route for drivers).
In case of absence, a second delivery attempt or drop-off at a collection point may be necessary, which increases the environmental cost.

📋 Receiving your package

Upon delivery, we invite you to:

Carefully check the condition of your package.
In case of a damaged package, immediately make written, precise and complete reservations on the driver's slip or directly to the collection point.

These reservations are essential so that we can open a claim with the carrier and protect your rights.
